“	You guys are the unluckiest rookies in history to get me as a mentor	”

A negligent mentor who initially has zero willingness to guide his rookies to the right path.  He's one of the strongest despite his sloppy lifestyle, though his frequent hangovers don't show it at all. His behavior leads to him getting lectured a lot by others, particularly his fellow sector mentor Brad Beams. He says he can't live without alcohol and cigarettes, so he'd spend his offtime drinking until the sun rises. 

Appearance

Keith is a tall man with messy, short, light green/blond hair that covers his left eye. Keiths eyes are a green color and notably have no shine.

Keith wears the typical HELIOS uniform in a messy fashion, with his sleeves rolled up and the top buttons being undone causing the collar to crumple slightly. Around his collar, Keith wears a loose green tie with a metal tie clip and a black bar running adjacent to the bottom left part of the tie. Keith has four stars on right side of his uniform signaling that he is a Major hero. Keith wears a black belt around his pants, keeping his left pant leg rolled up revealing his ankle, and wears black loafers with no socks.

Personality

Despite his initial impression as a man who cares very little for the people around him, he's incredibly selfless and willing to sacrifice his time and safety to ensure that his comrades are okay. His attempts vary based on his familiarity with the person, from awkward and indirect comments to outright pushing away the people around him and even sneaking out of HELIOS when he deems it necessary. This impulsive behavior often earns him a stern lecturing from Brad, but rarely does it ever stop him from pushing through with his plans. When it comes to matters involving people he cares about, he goes from a lackadaisical drunkard to a man who is pushy about his beliefs to the point of becoming verbally hostile towards others. In this state, he's willing to put everything on the line if it guarantees the safety of his loved ones.

He has a one track mind, and when he's focused on something he pours all his attention into it. This tends to inconvenience other people, as his dismissive comments during this time make him come off as even lazier than he usually is. He has difficulty taking help from others, and doesn't like dragging others, particularly his rookies, into dangerous situations. When the occasion does call for it, however, he's willing to take full blame for the event rather than push it on others.

Family

Keith's family life was rough. Keith's father was an abusive alcoholic and would frequently abuse Keith and his mother whenever he was drunk or in a bad mood. Getting sick of this mistreatment, Keith's mother left leaving Keith in the care of his father. Keith would often play outside to avoid the wrath of his father which lead him into being used by some of the gangs in the area.

• Keith has experience dealing cards that he gained after he was taught by a customer at his part-time job.
• Keith is a very good cook who can cook any dish from a variety of cuisines, a fact that shocks most people when they first hear about it.
  • The one type of food that Keith usually refuses to cook is Japanese food as he finds it troublesome.
