Brad and Keith's cheerful and friendly classmate from their Academy days, who acted as a mediator for the two who weren't on the best of terms. He was brainwashed by Eclipse, without him knowing anything about it, and wanted to become a hero even as a member of Eclipse.

Prior to his time as a member of Eclipse, Dino was a mentor to Oscar and Asch.

Appearance

Dino is a young-looking man in his late 20s who is tall and has an average build. He has messy baby pink hair that reaches up to his neck, as well as bright big blue eyes and narrow eyebrows.

Dino wears the standard HELIOS grey shirt, with the top being unbuttoned, and black trousers. On the left side of his shirt, he wears the signature HELIOS badge, meanwhile, on the right side, he wears a three-star badge indicating his rank being AAA. He accompanies this with a plain black tie and a silver necklace that has the peace symbol. He sports this with simple grey shoes.

Family

Dino grew up with his adoptive grandparents in the countryside from the age of 8.

• Dino loves teleshopping, and has the habit of impulsively buying whatever he sees on the television.
  • Dino picked up his love of teleshopping from his grandparents, as teleshopping was easily accessible in the mountains Dino's grandparents lived in, Dino saw teleshopping and got sucked into it.
