In HELIOS Rising Heroes, there are two types of cards: Hero Cards and Frame Cards. Both types of cards may be obtained through Orders or as event rewards.
Cards[]
Leveling[]
There are two ways to level a Hero card: organically (through clearing quests), or by using training tickets. While each type of training ticket will grant a different amount of experience, all training tickets will cost 100 coins to use.
Ticket | Experience Gain |
---|---|
Bronze Training Ticket |
500 exp |
Silver Training Ticket |
3,000 exp |
Gold Training Ticket |
10,000 exp |
Hero Road[]
A Hero card may be improved by completing its Hero Road. Each node will require various amounts of Baby, Normal, and King Jacks that match the attribute of the card. In addition, evolving the card and a few extra nodes may require Sector Symbols that match the Sector the Hero belongs to.
Attribute | Baby, Normal, and King Jacks |
---|---|
Brave | |
Cool | |
Passion | |
Technique | |
All |
Some nodes may increase the HP, Attack, Defense rate, or Critical rate of the card. The amount a stat is increased by a node depends on the card’s rarity. Nodes may also unlock a second skill or ability, or level up a skill or ability. To read more about skills and abilities, please see Team Building.
Rarity | HP/ATK | DEF/CRI |
---|---|---|
1★ | +300 | +1% |
2★ | +350 | +1% |
3★ | +400 | +2% |
4★ | +500 | +2% |
Evolving a card will not alter its stats, and will only unlock another CG. Most cards can be evolved with only one copy; 1★ cards require three copies before they can be evolved.
For 3 and 4★ cards, character stories may also be unlocked through Hero Road. Note that a 3★ acquired from event rewards requires four copies before the story can be unlocked.
Limit Breaks[]
Limit breaking a card will raise its maximum level by 10. There are two ways to limit break a Hero card: by pulling another copy in an Order, or by using hero emblems. The amount of hero emblems required for a limit break depends on the card’s rarity.
Rarity | Hero Emblems |
---|---|
1★ | 20 |
2★ | 50 |
3★ | 100 |
4★ | 250 |
While you have the option to use hero emblems to limit break a 1 or 2★ card, it is not recommended, as they are commonly obtained through Coin Orders.
You may limit break a Hero card a maximum of four times.
Frames[]
Leveling[]
Frames cannot be leveled organically like Hero cards. Instead, you must use other frames to raise their level. Strengthening Frames are specifically for that purpose, and can be obtained through quest drops. Non-strengthening Frames may be used as well, although it is recommended to use duplicates for limit breaking. While each type of frame will grant a different amount of experience, all frames will cost 100 coins to use.
Strengthening Frame | Experience Gain |
---|---|
500 exp | |
1,000 exp | |
3,000 exp | |

Rarity | Experience Gain |
---|---|
All other 1★ Frames | 500 exp |
All other 2★ Frames | 1,000 exp |
All other 3★ Frames | 10,000 exp |
All other 4★ Frames | 50,000 exp |
You may use up to 20 frames to level a card at a time.
Limit Breaks[]
Like with Hero cards, each limit break will raise the Frame’s level by 10. Frames require extra copies to be limit broken, but the process is not automatic. Each limit break costs coins, and the cost increases depending on the number of limit breaks.
Limit Break # | Cost |
---|---|
1 | 1,000 |
2 | 2,000 |
3 | 3,500 |
4 | 5,000 |
Limit breaking a Frame will also level each of the skills and abilities by one. You may limit break a Frame a maximum of four times.
Selling Frames[]
If you have extra frames you will not be using, you may choose to sell them using the round button near the bottom right of the Frames List. The amount of coins you earn depends on the card’s rarity. Note that Strengthening Frames are sold for only 1 coin.
Rarity | Coins Earned |
---|---|
1★ Frame | 100 |
2★ Frame | 150 |
3★ Frame | 500 |
4★ Frame | 5,000 |
